Joseph Potts called the meeting to order at 9:33 AM.
- REPORTS: President Potts gave a report on
the 2004 finances.
- NEW BUSINESS: The proposed
2006 budget was
presented to Stockholders, and was approved without any changes.
MOTION to adjourn the FII Stockholders’ meeting at
9:47 AM; motion passed
unanimously.
