Owners and renters need to be aware that plastic bagged trash left at curbside for the trash collector is being ripped open by various critters and strewn around the curbside and into the woods, creating an unsightly and unhealthy mess. Even bags left out shortly before collection on Sunday are being ripped open by crows before the garbage truck arrives. In many cases, your neighbors are having to clean up after you.
Please do not leave plastic bagged trash out unprotected at any time. Put it in a trash barrel or trash enclosure, or take it to the dump. Let's keep our island clean and beautiful.

PUBLIC NOTICE The Frye Island Board of Director's has prepared a draft Real Estate Plan for consideration at the July 6 annual stockholder's meeting. This plan is in response to the stockholder vote in October of 2001 to suspend real estate transactions until a plan had been approved by the stockholders.
