With all of the Internet online things available, having to create an ID & Password to establish access is a common thing. With security an important issue, it is recommended that the password be a long string of alpha-numeric characters. It is also recommended not to use the same password for multiple accounts. This means that one can accumulate dozens and dozens of IDs & Passwords. This makes remembering the IDs & passwords very difficult. I have been using a software package to keep track of my IDs & Passwords, and have found it to be a big help. An improved version is now available. It is called KeePass. Here is an article that appeared in the May 2008 issue of “Maximum PC”:
A wonderful part of this software is that it is free. Their website is at http://keepass.info Once you learn how to use it, the world of IDs & Passwords can besome much more secure and easier. Just thought that you might be interested in this software. Joe Potts
