Information for Swim Lessons

Pickleball:  Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun at 8:45am at Lancaster Loop tennis courts. Pickleball is a paddle sport (similar to a racquet sport) that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.  Suitable for all ages! Everyone is welcome! Pickleball will not be held on rainy days.

-Free Pickleball beginner classes on Thursdays July 11, 18, & 25 from 4-5 at the courts on Lancaster Loop.


Gymnastics
Girls and boys ages 3 and up.....
Join us for an ACROBATICS CLASS down at the community center! Whether you are working on rolls or tucks, back walkovers or aerials. We will stretch out, do some conditioning, as well as work on tumbling. All levels welcome.  Classes are run by Michelle Husselbee, a 20 year resident of the island and Director of The Sharon Dance Center for the past 33 years. $20.

Boot Camp w/ Amy Kilburn

Come and join Sunrise Fitness LLC personal trainer, Amy Kilburn for FRYE FIT outdoor bootcamp on the ball field! This class is suitable for all levels, will build strength and get your heart pumping all while enjoying the sunshine! Bring your friends or family and start your day off on a healthy note! $10 cash per person.

Frye Island Fitness w/ Marilyn Sullivan-

Frye Island Fitness Mondays at 9AM @ the Community Center

Yogalates Wednesdays at 9AM @ Beach 6

Workout Classes Fridsays at 9AM @ The Community Center


Vinyasa Yoga All Levels w/ Christie Webber:

Get your day started right with this multi-level Vinyasa yoga class. Expect to flow, linking breath with movement and focusing your attention inward, all while creating strength, freedom and fluidity in body and mind. Pose options will be provided for beginners to advanced students. Please bring water and your own mat or big beach towel. All levels welcome.

Classes cost $10.00. Pay by cash, check or Venmo.  Classes are run by Christie Webber, a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher.
