Frye Island

In 1976 the Maine Legislature passed a bill creating the Frye Island Municipal Services Corporation (MSC). The bill was signed by the Governor on March 30, 1976. The following links provide PDF copies of the MSC Voters meetings and Annual Reports released during that period.
