The meeting was called to order at 9:10 AM by Pat Karpacz

The minutes of the May 17, 2003 and May 31, 2003 Marina Committee Meetings are not on the website.
The vote of the October 12, 2002 BIT Meeting, gave management responsibilities of the Marina to the BIT Executive Committee.
Motion by Grace Morin and seconded by John Crosby to limit each person to speak for two (2) minutes until at least every person has had a turn to speak - Unanimous
Motion by Dick Norris and seconded by James Kuiken to allow rebuttals immediately - Unanimous
The purpose of this meeting is to consider all written requests from Yacht Club Members.
The voting will be conducted as follows:
1. FII to vote first - every members vote to equal 1/9 of 50% of vote
2. BIT Ex Com to vote second - every members vote to equal 1/7 of 50%
of vote
Motion by Dave Decker and seconded by Dick Giggey that exclusion of lot owners cannot hold slips be removed from Marina Policy.

Mark Thomas suggested that this meeting is not intended to change policy, therefore he will abstain from voting on motions that change policy.
Motion by Dave Decker and seconded by Bob Roberts that the exclusion of equity rights slip holders from renting a slip be removed from the Marina Policy.

NAY - Babineau
ABSTAIN - Thomas
BIT - Unanimous
Motion by James Kuiken and seconded by Bob Roberts that equity rights slip holders cannot rent another slip after June 1, 2003.

NAY - Hommel

Motion by Mark Thomas and seconded by Bob Roberts that sinular slips for Liming, Rogers, Hurley, David Shaughnessey, James Shaughnessey, Edmund and Maria Charette, and Edmund Charette (son) be accepted.

Motion by Mark Thomas and seconded by Dick Norris that Breen, Brownstein, and Messer can continue on an annual renewable basis depending on the outcome of the FII stock holders meeting in October, 2003.
Dick Norris withdrew the second and Mark Thomas withdrew the motion.
Motion by James Kuiken and seconded by Bob Roberts that as of June 1, 2003, multiple lot holders currently renting multiple slips cannot rent more than one (1) slip. (Breen, Brownstein, Messer)
