Kathy Potts, a resident of the Town of Frye Island, State of Maine.
Greetings:
In
the name of the State of Maine, you are hereby required to notify the
inhabitants of the Town of Frye Island, in the County of Cumberland, qualified
by law to vote in Town affairs to meet at the Frye Island Community Center on
Saturday, July 1, 2000 to act upon the following Articles. Registration for the
Annual Meeting will begin at 8:30 AM with the Annual Meeting being called to
order at 9:00 AM.
Article
1. To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting.

2. To vote by written ballot to elect a person to a
three year term to the Board of Selectmen.
Article
3. To vote by written ballot (YES
or NO) to raise compensation for
SAD#6 Board members from $10.00 to $15.00 per meeting.
Article
4. To vote to approve the Flood Plain Management
Ordinance drafted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and empower
the Board of Selectmen to determine the amount of the non-refundable application
fee required.
