Bench Dedication:
On July 1, 2006 a dedication ceremony was held in memory
of Lieutenant Donald J. Nolen, He died at home December 13, 2005. He was
a founding member of the Frye Island Fire Department on its
re-organization in 1998. Don was a dedicated firefighter and first
responder, committed to his duty.
